Thank you so much for helping me along this journey Tamra! I've learnt so much about myself, how detailed our periods/hormones are, how to heal my gut and the importance of my mindset along the way. The knowledge I've gained and action plans we put in place have helped me in so many ways (mentally, my relationships, diet, overall health and most importantly my period!) I seriously question why I didn't do this before!? I would highly recommend this coaching to others, especially if you have struggled with painful, annoying periods (it doesn't have to be like that!), or if you are just interested in learning more about how to optimize your cycle and gut health. Not to mention Tamra has the most wonderful attitude and makes the whole thing just fun, I was seriously looking forward to each of our sessions and I felt like she just got me, even when I was rambling! I'm ready for this!
What would I tell myself? It sounds cliche but, just do it! Nowadays we have so much information it's overwhelming, I know myself and many others save a thousand ticktocks about self-improvement, but how many have I actually used/ actioned? It's hard to take that leap and actually commit to investing in yourself, but just starting is the hardest part. As soon as we got started I realized this is actually easy and a genuinely fun process! I think we all have the same fears, "I don't have time to make these sessions", "what if there is no difference at the end?", "I could be using these resources to invest in something else instead". To that I would say:
1. As I said before, I learned through this course we have more time than we think and it's really about what's important to you.
2. I definitely felt a difference in my mindset, gut health and period symptoms as a direct result of this course.
3. What could possibly be more important than investing in yourself? You can only pour from a full cup and no one else is going to do it for you. It's actually our job to invest in ourselves!

This course has given me the confidence boost I needed to really take action on my mindset. Having these sessions felt like validating an underlying desire I had, to say "actually, this is what's best for me" or "I've been lying to myself about this". We got real, we got specific and I took action. Overall my head just feels a little clearer, I've stopped second-guessing myself as much and I'm just letting things flow. It's honestly a game changer.
Having our deep dive session into what really drives me and my core values helped me to be clearer and more honest with myself on what I need, want and need to change!
This has flowed into every part of my life, my relationships, my diet choices, my ability to commit to goals. It makes it all that much simpler.
I learned a LOT about my gut through this process, the more we talked the more I thought "so THAT'S why I feel like that!". It was like everything was clicking and making sense. Tamra gave some amazing advice on diet changes and supplements specific to me, which I integrated into my diet and I really felt the difference. This really cemented for me that I need to care for my gut in order to take care of my overall health and period.
